Christin Barber

Christin graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Business Administration. She joined INVESTwest in 1993. Early in her career with INVESTwest she served as Office Manager. In addition to selling commercial and investment real estate, residential properties she also manages INVESTwest's commercial real estate management company. She is close to the construction trades which aids her in assisting her investment and development clients. Christin is licensed in Oregon as a real estate broker, and is a member of the Commercial Investment Division of the Central Oregon Association of Realtors. E-mail: cbarber@investwestcommercial.com

Jack Rinn

In 1988 Jack was one of the founders of INVESTwest Commercial Real Estate. After graduating from college he served a long career in Banking, which includes a variety of positions including: a licensed real estate appraiser, and while with US Bancorp was given the title of Vice President. Jack's career has spanned 5 cities in 3 different states. His positions have included being bank President and he has served on the Board of Directors of two different publicly traded banks and three real estate mortgage companies. He has developed commercial property and writes articles on Oregon Land Use Laws. Jack divides his time between commercial investment real estate and selling ranches, many

Nick Amundson

Nick is licensed in Oregon as a real estate Broker and was one of the co-founders of INVESTwest. His experience includes both Oregon and California. He has developed real estate for clients and has been active in commercial real estate sales and development for 30 years. At one time he was manager of the surveying department for a large engineering firm and is very active in bare land development properties. Nick is called upon frequently for valuation consulting and marketing of small business opportunities.
